Yesterday, many of us heard Governor Steve Bullock’s announcement directing the closure of public schools for two weeks and recommending social distancing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Our team is committed to serving the clients and community members who count on us for the same level of care you’ve come to expect.
We strongly encourage you to contact our office by phone or through email instead of coming into the office. Currently our office remains open; however, we are preparing for at least some of our team members to work from home. This is a constantly evolving process and things may change before we are able to notify you. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our team, their families and the clients and community who support our agency.
If you haven’t already, we encourage you to put our phone number in your cell phone contacts: (406) 883-5372 – Polson and (406) 676-5300 – Ronan. Please keep in mind that our phone calls to you may be from a 319 prefix or could even be from a blocked or anonymous number if our employees are working remotely from home.
Please call or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) us anytime you have a question about your insurance protection, need assistance with a policy change or experience a claim. We are here to help.
Our entire team is monitoring phone calls and e-mails during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. It is our expectation that when you call you will speak with a live person on our team, if not, please leave a message and we will return your call within 30 minutes, e-mails will be returned within two hours.
Here is a full list of the ways you can communicate with our team during coronavirus pandemic:

This situation is rapidly evolving, and we will continue to monitor our coronavirus response in the days and weeks ahead.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility during this unprecedented time. We appreciate your support of our local, independent business and hope you and your family stay healthy!
Robin, Pete, Debbie and the Bishop Insurance Team
PS – Please permit a personal reflection: When Bill Bishop, our founder started Bishop Insurance 61 years ago, he and his wife Marcy manned the entire operation from their home. Everything was hand rated and either handwritten or typed on a typewriter. How our agency has grown and technology has changed over all of these years! While the technologies we use to serve you may have evolved, what hasn’t changed is our commitment to you, our deeply valued clients, and our community. We are so grateful for each of you who has trusted us to care for you and your families. We pray that you will all stay safe, healthy, and happy during this most unusual time in our history. Stay well!
