 On October
1, 1958, Bill Bishop and his wife Marcy opened Bishop Insurance
Service at 212 First Avenue SE, Polson, Montana. The Ronan office was
purchased in 1981.
The Polson office was moved to it’s current
location in 1985. Bill passed away in January 1997.
The agency was purchased a year later by three
employees, two of which were Bill’s children, Robin (Bishop) Nelson,
of Ronan and Pete Bishop, of Polson and Debbie Vassar, of Polson
Today, there are two Bishop Insurance Service offices; one located
in Polson and one in Ronan. |
